Can you Transpose a Fafnir Weapon to an Absol Wep?

Hello guys, just wondering if anyone knows if I can transpose Fafnir wep to Absol Wep. I don't want to use my 5 Coins if I can't. Thank You

    Only to Sweetwater as far as I know.
