I can't seem to find the little gear that lets me edit my own posts anymore.
Anyone else?
Anyone know the reason?

We'll check to see if this featured was removed intentionally. I don't believe it was though as editing your own post is extremely useful in many cases.

There should have been a fixed pushed out, but it's not 100% at the moment.

However, are you experiencing this issue all the time or on some rare occurrences?
When it does happen, does refreshing the page solve the issue?

    All the time.
    Refreshing the page does nothing.
New posts, old posts, none of them have the cogwheel for me.

I've never had an issue with not being able to edit my posts.

I can't log in to the forums (or the Nexon website) on chrome. It gets stuck on a blank screen.

I'm not having any troubles editing posts. ~ Google Chrome ~ Version 62.0.3202.62 (Official Build) (64-bit). Our previous loss of editing ability was due to a change in forum permissions and ranking (across all Nexon forums). It shouldn't have had any affect on the browser you're using. Make sure you've deleted any cache and history stored by the browser you're using; be it Firefox, Chrome, IE, or any other.
Edit: I went the extra mile (took an obnoxious update for Windows; and fresh installed Firefox and Chrome), and.... I had no problems. :)

Screenshots: ~> Internet Explorer ~> Microsoft Edge ~> Firefox ~> Chrome

~ (The Windows update was obnoxious because it took forever. It ruined my whole day). :expressionless:

Thank you for looking into this.
Unfortunately, I have cleared the cache, and there is no change.

When you're clearing the cache; are you going back as far as possible? It's easy to be fooled by their drop down menu and you could very well be clearing only the cache for the past hour or the past day, as opposed to; as Google puts it "the beginning of time". Have you tried reinstalling Firefox, or updating it? (The version I used for the screenshot was 56.0.1). Have you tried other browsers? :/

Firefox doesn't ask me how much to delete. There's just one big "clear now" button, and after using it it tells me "Your web content cache is currently using 0 bytes of disk space".

I just restarted my computer today (full shutdown) and when I launched Firefox it "installed updates". V 56.0.1 now. Still no edit gear showing on my posts.

try opera or even on a mobile device, to see if it is an isolated issue while on desktop
