Access to the Haunted House area will be completely removed to preserve the content as a seasonal area. Players will no longer be able to access the area with a Hyper Teleport Rock.

ah yes..."seasonal area". yeah the seasonal area that never came back.
and the Crimsonwood Keep was closed off, even the entrance, foreverially depriving us of the NPC Ridley, and therefore the Crimsonwood Exchange Quest, "temporarily", though it's been 1.5 years.

Why does Korea hate regional content?

    but i loved crimsonwood keep

    I never actually did anything there but i liked being there.

    The Crimsonwood Keep Party Quest however along with Crimsonwood Keep has indeed been gone for so long.

    An irony is that the Haunted House was also not reopened despite this being the correct "seasonal" time for v189.
