World: I'm in Scania but it doesn't seem to matter

Date/Time of occurrence: 12/20/2017 at 8:20 P.M. EST, 5:20 PST, 1:20 AM UTC

Steps to reproduce: I was on one of my characters doing some profession achievements in Ardentmill, logged out to switch to my illium to start training it, and...I got this.

    UPDATE:

    I closed the game, logged out of Nexon Launcher, logged back into it and rebooted the game. That seemed to fix it. Try that, see if it works for you.

    Was on Reboot training Illium til 95 and about to change to my main character and I got that message.
