Game Installation Failed?

So after the maintenance i relogged into the Nexon Launcher like it said, and there was an update, but when ever i try to do the update, it tries to Verify several times and then says "This product cannot be installed."

Not sure what the problem is.

    Same problem here... And yet again after a patch we cannot login..

    you might have to delete and reinstall then patch it

    try shutting down your comp and restarting
    seems to me like you gave corrupted ddls

    Since the Maintenance I've not been able to get onto the game. I get the character selection and do my PIC but then it comes up with a message saying "Having trouble logging in, and to log onto the game from the main Nexon website". I have never had trouble with the maintentance before but what a time right in the middle of the Burning Event and the Step-Up Event. Thanks for ruining the Events for me...that's all I can say!

    i was gone for like a year and it keeps saying "product cannot be installed " and its annoying me alot! idk what to do!
