Bug type: cash shop item

Brief bug summary: pet is unregistered + does NOT pick up items

More details: i got this pet from the days when it was still EMS and ever since i bought it
it says this message behind it

it also says that it has the item pick up skill but it doesnt pick up items at all , what it DOES pick up is mesos though

Character level: 206

Character job: i/l mage

World name: Luna

    I am having exactly the same problem with my Pink Bean pet.

    Hope they find a solution :(

    I´ve the same Issue with my Pink Bean Pet :( I sent a request 2 months ago and the problem is still the same

    For anyone currently affected by this issue, please provide your character name and name of pet (actual, not Pet Name Tag). In the future, please follow the Bug Reporting Format, as this basic information aids in investigating any issue.
