Unable to Access Magipie Shop

I keep trying to buy my daily jewel boxes...and i can't open the shop. I keep getting the message "this function cannot be used right now"

    Any Updates with this Issue? I am still unable to access the shop. I missed out on a day of purchasing my daily limit of jewel boxes because of this.

    Hiya, we are aware of new year coin shop not working in certain worlds.

    From what we gathered so far: Reboot, Luna, and Bera are currently not working. If there are any other worlds that are not working, feel free to tell us. We have forwarded the details over, thank you for your patience. :)

    Same... I have 240 coins and could've had a nice amount of boxes. :C

    I hope the devs are aware that the coin shop has been down for almost 10 hours+, I don't know if this is only a reboot bug but no one can buy anything from the shop all it says is this service is unavailable or something like that. I hope they extend or give us a double purchase amount on things like gem boxes because that's messed up.

    It happens every now and then
    when NX launcher goes up - you click "play" and nothing happens
    and you click it over and over while Maple.exe is opened 34789423 times
    and then you restart your computer only to get a Random.dll / milafakwai.wiz error
    that forces you to re-install.
    Happens quite often with the new patches :<

    I'm in Bera, for some reason the event coin shop won't open
    when I click the merchant, it says "this function can not be used right now"
    however, in Scania, the shop opened with no issue
