Any way to Turn off Remote effects post patch?

Maybe there Is a way in a config file? I cant run ursus after the patch and I think is that's the cause

    Remote effects toggle was replaced with the transparent effects options

    O yea forgot to mention , Turn Off remote effects was way better than transparent effects, Ursus is super laggy now .

    Really don't like this transparent thing, remote effect was better in every way. I can still fully see other plays damage lines which I'd prefer not to..
