High quality dimension gloves flames

I used 10 rebirth flames on the high quality dimension gloves and the best i got was to 3% all stats, i ended up with 3 att. is this jsut bad luck or are the gloves bugged?
will appreciate if other people test

    KMS do not consider those glove worthy enough to be blessed with the max possible flame stats possible. (max tier 1-4 with lv/powerful flame, max tier 2-5 with eternal flame for HQ dimension gloves)

    Is there a list anywhere to show which items behave differently when being flamed ? It's hard to keep track what stats one item will get over another whilst using the same flame.
