but going mainly to play Zero/UA Hero after reaching 210 with Mercedes class.

is anyone here use Spreadsheet or have a way to track what to do next/ or what should be done daily/weekly for characters level 200+
as well as what quests to do and what to ignore...

"Use spreadsheet" this is a good idea.
I just sort my characters by level to have a quick idea of what they do/don't have access to and where they need to go next.

is it possible to share your spreadsheet to use it as a template?

Not everybody does the same daily things on maple, though most people do arcane river dailies, commerci and bosses (among a variety of other things). Learning everything that was available took some time (and help from guildies), but it will become part of a routine soon enough

Spreadsheet which has dailies, weeklies, events, list of all the jobs and the order I want to "max" them, info about item pricing in Auction house, boss stats info + their intense crystal info, Monster Life info, guild management info, etc.

Also, if you're looking into daily content you should be doing, try Googling it. Iirc, the resulting links were decent guides on which dailies you should focus on.

Don't think Fuhreak implied that s/he uses a spreadsheet.

I don't, I was more commenting on the fact that it's a good idea to make one.

Yes, hence why I was clarifying since the op was asking you for your "spreadsheet".

Yep. Thanks for that. I'll be sure to share if I do end up making one.
