Guild UI doesn't save member info when offline

Bug type: Visual/database

Brief bug summary: Guild UI doesn't save your Job/Level information when logging out or going into offline mode. It resets to ???/???
However, if you search for other guilds than your own, the list will reveal who is currently in offline mode as they're the only people offline with the job/level visible.

Steps to reproduce:

Be in a guild
Log on
Enter offline mode
Look at guild UI to see your character's job/level
It will have reset to ???

Ask other member to log off or have them enter offline mode
Look at guild UI for their character's job/level
It will have reset to ???


Character name: all

Character level: all

Character job: all

World name: all

Date and time of the incident: As of v199 (October 4th)

    To add more onto this bug of seeing a offline member's job/level, if that offline member were to quickly toggle online and then offline, it will display their statuses as ??? in the viewer's screen as normal, but when the viewer logs off and back on, OR when the viewer enter and exit the cash shop, the viewer can now see the offline member's job and level, indicating that the person is in offline mode.

    Since the last patch the guild does not record active members when they log in. All the people in the guild are ??? for level and job. So every guild looks like a dead guild...

    Bug type: Offline Guild members information appear ???

    Brief bug summary:
    Guild members list supposedly allowed us to see members level and class. It also allow us to see whether the members have been online or not. Ussually all members will have "????" on their level and class after maintenance. But after that, whoever online, their information will be shown until next maintenance. But since last update, All offline members information will appear "????". And it makes the Guild hard to view members information as it appear ??? all the time. We can only see online members detail

    More details:
    While fixing this bug, I also made suggestions for guild improvement on the suggestion section. One of them also how unreliable and bad game system on the current Guild ranking is. Even a dead guild can have higher rank than a very active guild. You might as well want to "fix" it. Can read more detail on the forum suggestion section for this Guild improvement suggestions.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open Guild tab
    2. you will see all offline members show ??? on their detailed information eventhough they have been online almost everyday

    Adding onto this.
    Now the guild UI has started showing some people's jobs and levels as "???" even when they're online. So far it's limited to when searching up other guilds than your own. And there is no pattern to which members jobs and levels are hidden.
    (People in offline mode are still showing as offline but reveals their job and level in the UI.)

    Thr guild ui still hasent been fixed. I would luke to know who is active in my guild and who is not so i can make space for new people/characters. But now i just g2 guess. When will this be fixed its been months now.

    Bug: only online people show the rest remains ??? As soon as they log off.

    Its been more then half a year now its bs.... Fix this stuff....i wanna be able to keep track of whos active and whos not in guild... Please forward it... Again...

    Adding onto this:
    Guild UI shows the offline character's job and level if they were just recently accepted into the guild while being offline.
    It resets when logging onto said character, and then logging off.

    Another month passed we had the world merge now andn guild uit still isnt fixed cmon fix this
