1. Does decent holy symbol stack with 2x drop USE coupon and spider?

2. Would equipping greed pendant help with arcane symbol drops?

    Yes, decent holy symbol stack additively with 2x drop buff that appear in the top right corner (spider included).
    Yes, but the drop rate is extremely very low that you wouldn't even notice the increase.

    Spiders don't stack with use-tab drop coupons. You heard correctly. You can, of course, use both at the same time, but when the familiar buff refreshes it will overwrite the use-tab buff.
