5 minute cooldown for Profession crafting (Solved)

Bug type: Functionality

Brief bug summary: Ever since the "Arcade Adventures" patch update you're no longer able to craft multiples of one item, in addition crafting items incurs a 5 minute cooldown per item crafted. This isn't mentioned in the patch notes, and I believe this might be due to copying code over from CMS where this event originated from.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have enough materials to craft more than one copy of any item in the profession tab
2. Press the craft button
3. Don't get the prompt to ask how many of said item you want to craft
4. After success or failure there will be a 5 minute wait time before you're able to craft the same item again

Character level: 232

Character job: Hero

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: 5:47pm Mountain Standard Time

    That isn’t a bug, it’s due to the item your crafting any item that requires a level 8 oil or higher has a cool down [the oil your using is level 9]

    Oh, well TIL. I've never crafted high level oils before with Alchemy. I've only ever read about the cooldown for Master / Meister.
