new Character card lvling and Legion

Is there any problems with the legion system showing a new character I created and got to lvl 150 using the cards. It is not showing on my legion tab nor giving legion levels, tho I am receiving the link skill. Character is a mechanic.

    Make sure to do your 1st and 2nd job advancement quests on the new Mechanic. Might also need to do the 3rd.

    Also, Legion only counts the 40 highest leveled characters on your account. So if you already have 40 characters higher than 150, the Mechanic won't show up.

    All characters show up, but only the highest 40 are counted toward the total level.

    Why is it only 40 characters? It's not all of them? Wow i was wondering why my legion wouldn't go up.

    You have to level your first 40 characters and give them starforce
