Its really odd that they don't exist, given that Explorer classes are relatively less interesting to play.
I'd do something like:
Warriors: +%life and weapon damage.
Mages: +%mp and magic damage.
Bowman: +move speed and crit chance.
Thief: +jump height and avoid chance.
Pirate: +drop rate and crit damage.

Lol at everything being useless except for Pirates.
I would imagine something similar to Cygnus/Resistance could be doable - an effect that stacks/grows depending on the # of characters that contribute to it.
1/2/3% buff duration since there are so many explorer classes. 2/4/6% buff duraton if only one of each class tree counts. (Stack like Resistance and Cygnus)
I would settle for Explorers being able to have a 13th link skill. I don't care if they don't get a unique one of their own, but it is kind of annoying that other classes can technically use 13 link skills.
Adventurer Link Skills
Warrior: Invincible Belief – When your HP reaches critical levels, your HP will be healed.
Magician: Empirical Knowledge – By identifying your enemies’ weaknesses, your damage and defense ignore will be increased.
Archer: Adventurer Curious – Your monster collection registration rate and critical rate are increased.
Thief: Thief Kerning – Using the cunning skills of a thief, weaken your enemies and increase your damage on them.
Pirate: Pirate Blessing – Pirate’s unique strengths permanently increase their stats.

Cool so five six new link skills coming in the winter update for gms, and still the same goddamn 12-slot limit. Nice.

Edit: forgot about Korean Sun Wukong, 5 -> 6
At least those of us who play explorer won't be getting the short end of the stick anymore.
Unless you want literally any of the new link skills coming in that patch that aren't native to your own chosen class.
It's pretty garbage that we have something like 24 different link skills currently(stacking skills, resistance+cygnus, are counted as one) and only 12 slots for them. The cap needs to go up if they're going to be adding six more.

I'm pretty sure Pirate Blessing is just the Cannoneer link skill, and they're just gonna give it to Corsair and Bucc too.
Changes essentially nothing, however.
