Cannot enter Damien while prequest is fulfilled

Bug type: Boss / Quest

Brief bug summary: I've already finished the prequest of Damien, but I still cannot enter the Boss

More details: the prequest of Damien is to finish Heroes of Maple: Act 4. Although I received the other rewards normally, I still can't do damien's boss battle in any possible way.

Steps to reproduce: I tried to complete all the chapters of Heroes of Maple with my other character, but still can't enter damien's boss battle.

Character name: JainaProundm

Character level: 194

Character job: Luminous

World name: Reboot (Na)

Date and time of the incident: 0:15 am 19/06/2019

    As far as I'm aware, you cannot teleport out of the Alliance Pavilion through any means, including the boss queue.
    Does it not work outside of the Pavilion map?

    It still not work even outside the pavilion map.

    I tired it in Henesys

    My friend who just started the game is experiencing the same problem.
    Character name: ShrioTowo
    Character level: 200
    Character job: Hayato
    World name: Reboot (Na)

    They have the medal from completing Act 4 but still can't queue into the boss.

    I have finished ACT 4 of the Heroes of Maple, but cannot queue for Damien, or manually enter.

    Still cannot work even after the patch which said will fix this issue, could anyone send this to Nexon?

    Bump this as well, I believe Nexon stated in their maintenance notes that they are still investigating this issue but just in case.

    I'm unable to fight Damien after finishing Heroes of Maple: Act IV today on 6/23/2019

    Bump again. The maintenance patch note said today this issue is supposed to be fixed. It's still not fixed. I still can't enter Damien

    Once mait finished i logged on to check if it was fixed, i still couldnt access Damien so i reset and completed act 4 on another one of my characters (i already had all 4 acts and 1.5 done before hand) This did not solve the problem
