I recently purchased a premium water of life but when I went to use it a green lock symbol showed up. Why did this occur and how do I unlock the water to resurrect my pet?

Fuhreak thanks for the video. If I understand it I need to survive for one minute then the story line takes over. However, I seem to be only about to survive 35 seconds and then it is death. Is there a survival trick I am missing?

I echo all of the other remarks. It is a silly waste of time. Unless someone smarter than me is out there, I see no rationale for this. Can someone at the NEXON braintrust tell me what you were thinking in doing this?
I do not know if the game is dying but i have seen lot people come and go since I started in year three. Some get bored, some move on and some just try and do not do not like the game. And perhaps the many changes over the years drive some people…
When I got my 200 kills and my prize box from Utah was awarded, the link to receive the box did not appear. Is this a general problem or did I do something wrong? Thanks in advance for help and advice.
