also got scammed by them a couple days ago, blame nexon for not banning every single 1 of them, it's all nexon's fault.
there are many innonce maplers out there who don't know about these scammers and those scammers are taking advantage of the situation.
I personally blame nexon and nexon only.

Two lines under the "use short tooltips" option, is the "Battle Messages [] Display only in Chat Window" option. Make sure it's not checked.
You might have noticed that your Chat window … (more)now has a tab labeled "Battle". It contains all the messages about exp and looted items, that used to only show up briefly on the bottom right of the screen. Unchecking the checkbox I mentioned above will make the messages appear both on the bottom right and in the chat tab. (less)
attempting to claim items with bonus stats from the Special Order Vault on Reboot world, you will receive an error message and the item may appear to disappear. The item will be visible again and claimable on any non-Reboot worlds once the Special Order Vault is re-opened.
For characters on different accounts in the same world, you can simply trade. If you don't have two computers, you'll need a friend to help you.
For characters on the same account in … (more)different worlds, use Meso Market in one world to convert meso to Maple Points. Maple Points are shared across all worlds in the region. You can use the Meso Market in the other world to convert the Maple Points to meso.
Obviously, none of the above applies to Reboot. Reboot intentionally does not allow transfering items or meso to other accounts. (less)
