THey deleted nlc and you cant get into it even with a hyper tele rock.
What are you even talking about? It's still there. The fact that you have to go to kerning city and use the subway instead of the dimensional mirror doesn't make it "deleted".(less)
This, plus you can still hyper rock into it. Search up "NLC" on the world map. (Not "New Leaf City")
Sounds like you have a graphics setup (hardware or drivers) that don't work well with the "2D skeleton" system Nexon uses.
Make sure all your drivers are up-to-date.
