Thank you for reporting this issue. It has been added to the Known Issues list in the Update Notes.
For now, please disable pet All Cure (by "dropping" the All Cure potions from their slot in the Pet tab of the Equipment window).
That message appears if your inventory lacks space for the reward. You need two empty slots in your Use tab, three if you have the Goo Blessing skill that increases Bounty Hunter portal rewards.
