Kanna's main stat is INT. But HP gives her M.Att, which adds to damage range as well.
Depending on how much INT, %INT, HP, and M.Att you already have, %HP can give you a significant boost.
There is currently an issue with using mount coupons. I don't think it's related to how many mounts you already have. The collection is supposed to be "infinite".
We did have an IGN wipe in which characters on accounts that hadn't logged in in 3 years (and didn't have a level 200 character on them) had their names changed to numbers. The characters were not deleted.
EMS accounts that did not sign the migration form for their account data to be moved to GMS, lost the characters they used to have in EMS Kradia and EMS Demethos.
People have reported recovering their accounts after years away, and finding none of their old characters, but some random other characters. This is either due to the account getting hacked and used by someone else, or due to the person recovering the wrong account.
Accounts that are inactive for a long time often require renewed verification (via email) when accessed again. I'm not sure whether this is due to being inactive so long, or because of too many suspicious login attempts.
