In any case, that NPC is 99.99999999999999999999999999999999999% useless to anyone. Why bother replacing it when it already serves virtually no purpose?

You have to be a minimum of level 170 to do the quests to get to normal Cygnus, though she is level 190 and has about 63 billion HP, along with her many summons. There's also an "easy" mode Cygnus that is level 140, but she is also pretty hard and has about 10 billion HP, plus summons. You're either going to need to be very strong yourself or have someone carry you. As for her familiar, it's either incredibly rare, as most boss familiars are, or is obtainable via other methods such as Gachapon. In the event you do get the familiar, you'll also have to be level 190 to use it.

Finally managed to get this elusive sucker by chance a little while ago.

Maple Guide is defaulted to the U key and appears near the top right when you log onto a character. It gives suggestions on monsters near your level and will send you directly to them.

Where exactly are you stuck and what level are you? Are there any enemies you can die to to get sent back to town? Have you tried using Maple Guide to teleport to a different area?
