  • Monad removed but item remains stuck in inventory

    I see that you've left a comment on the other thread relating to this. Sadly, as you mentioned, Monad has been removed so you are unable to go to Monad to destroy the item. My suggestion would be to send a ticket into support and ask them to remove the item as it is no longer able to be dropped.

    I'm incredibly sorry to hear about this. I'm happy to hear that support got back to you, but obviously this still isn't resolved.

    I'm not sure if it's possible, but I recommend, if you're okay with it, asking support to change your IGN so that you are able to claim rewards.

    Further, I have forwarded a suggestion to the team regarding the removal of chat censors in reward dialogues.
