Give daily gifts and "Talk" to Kino hourly until you reach 50 closeness. You can also run Tengu to get closeness during this time, but it takes up so much time to farm closeness using Tengu that I save it for when I absolutely have to do it. Now that you're at 50 closeness, talking doesn't give closeness anymore. Continue giving daily gifts for 3 closeness per day and max out your Tengu runs to get 15 closeness per day. After reaching 50 closeness, it should take you 4 days* to reach 100 closeness by earning 18 closeness per day (*Math; 18 closeness x 3 days= 54 closeness, but closeness decays by 3 each day so this is not enough). Just give daily gifts once you reach 100 to deal with closeness decay.
