Have you also reported any suspicious looking shops?
There are a lot of fm shops so reporting them helps the GMs out a lot!

To use a Medal of Honor you just need to click it in your use inventory and it will give you honor exp.
The honor exp can be seen in your stat window and used to reroll your inner abilities.

We have named and shamed lists on the old EMS forums showing how many were banned each week.

There were less sites advertising back then but GMs took care of them on a pretty regular basis.
