We encountered some critical issues after going live that we had to bring the servers down for. Unfortunately, there is still no ETA. We appreciate your patience as we try to resolve these issues

will there be any extension on the events that we are once again losing a day on considering these are all time sensitive, also have you gotten any more information regarding the hard magnus changes that you vowed to look further into and give follow ups on?

Nice to see that the coin shop is located in places OUTSIDE of the Event Hall.

Also concerned about the Event Hall lag. Because I think it's ridiculous that I wasn't able to convert ANY of my old coins (I have around 2k old coins I could have converted) that I wasn't able to because of that lag. And I know I'm not the only one affected by this.

better than this, he replied in the stream today he was working on getting the events extended due to this issue, he seems unaware two events have already ended, how are those to be extended?

Only a couple days left of the events (SS Ring and coin exchange)... still no hope in sight. How absurd.

in my opinion this was much worse than absurd, it was blatant disregard to a large number of the players and things such as this illustrate exactly why so many of us have bitter and hostile feelings towards nexon as a company

If this was anyone but Nexon it would be nearly unbelievable the complete disregard for us they have shown regarding this issue. Here's a hint Nexon all the hype in the world wont matter if what you continually hype up is broken for a lot of the players
