Support. Very time consuming and plain annoying trying to reset ability for Legendary and the reason I don't bother resetting inner ability on my mules/alts.
Maybe add an automated option that'll continue to reset until you either tier up then automatically stops, or bring up a prompt asking if you'd like to continue. If it does tier down from Unique to Epic, should continue and not stop for tiering down until you reach Unique again.
Unlikely this will ever happen, but you can wait until a world transfer event to transfer characters to Bera and then wait until another NX transfer event.
When I first joined Maple as a kid (like under 13) I invested my SP into HP for my Warrior.
Wasted 10,000 NX buying a name change and then accidentally cancelled/undid the request.
Attempted gifting a friend a pet, but the request kept failing causing me to try multiple times before accidentally purchasing it for myself.
Edit: Oh god, just remembered a very cringy fail, hopefully I don't get in trouble for admitting to my past crimes. I remember trading NX for mesos, didn't know it was against the rules since I was a kid and stuff (probably lied about my birth year too when I created that account), and I got scammed out of 1,000 NX for a gachapon ticket. Somehow knew this guy was sketchy, refused to sell him anymore until he sent payment, tried convincing me by threatening me that he wouldn't pay until I sent everything at once, yada yada, refused, he left, etc. Proceeded to waste 20k NX on Smegas calling him and his accomplice, the one gifted who was tried acting like he was unaware, out. It's more cringy that I even remember this.
Edit 2: Remembered another Maplestory fail. I bought the pet area pick up extension or whatever it's called after seeing a user have a pet that automatically looted on separate platforms, but little did I know that they were botters and botting at the time. Looked pretty legitimate back then compared to the pets now that teleport everywhere really fast, where it would just teleport to the platform above and below the player and let it do it's running/collecting animation. Needless to say, was greatly disappointed after I bought it. And that is how a botter inadvertently benefited Nexon one day.
I didn't save my responses, but I'll post a summary of my responses from what I can remember. My survey honestly wasn't as detailed as yours.
1. Requested more transparency on Suggestions / Feedback / and Requests. If the thread wasn't ignored, staff (such as the CM or VFM) would often times reply saying it has been brought to their attention, they're looking into it, etc. The thread often dies following their response, but we never get a follow up on whether or not the suggestion is being considered and on the table (even if not a priority at the time), or just rejected. This has often led to similar or identical suggestions that are brought up multiple times throughout the year(s) and just wasted time on both sides.

4. Similar answers. Didn't think Discord or Live Streams were effective ways of communication due to conflicting player time zones, nor do they leave any record to reference. Believe they had a suggestion box, where I put Youtube Videos for accountability.

11. Repeated some parts of my answer for #1. Disliked how CM and VFM are basically used as scapegoats because I don't think Nexon actually know how the game works. Examples and reasons being repeated complaints about outdated events and drops. The exact same bug(s) or suggestions, which have been fixed or implemented, being undone only to have to bring to their attention again to resolve.
Think that's the point, personally never seen a guy rock a braid in real life. If I wasn't familiar with Maple, I would have assumed any guy with this hairstyle was a female character (and I think I actually remembering someone requesting this style to become available for female characters). Anyways, I'm not a fan of alt-left narratives either, but I don't see this suggestion as one because the avatar bases are identical. If the avatar bases were different and would have required alternations, even if minute, I would have disagreed because the effort would've cancelled out the benefit(s). Removing gender wouldn't make this game "queer", it would still be heteronormative because that's just the majority like you, who don't feel the need for this change. My main, and most of my alts, are mostly heteronormative and will likely remain that way. I'm personally in it for items that are gender locked, but should be neutral.
It was an innocent suggestion that became derailed by beliefs and/or politics. Removing gender would just make it easier for Nexon and release the duty of managing gender tags. The majority will continue to dress their characters in a heteronormative fashion, but the change would expand customization options for players overall. I agreed because, in my perspective, I see it as a win/win for both sides.
