Some players say there's a "silent majority" of players who enjoy them, but I have yet to meet even one of them in-game.

It's called the "Scunthorpe Problem", and Maple Story is far from the only online game that has it.

Ironically, some games have profanity filters that can even be worse, like turning "hello" into "hecko" or "teaspoon" into "teasfecesn" , or even "cl***" instead of "class" (***uming, of course, that the filter doesn't outright censor the whole message and automatically ban you from the board)

Maint ends. I try to log on, hoping they fixed the issues with the Awake merchant and Burning World.

Game crashes.

Log on again, manage to transfer toon from Burning World. Go to confirm that it worked.

Game crashes.

Logged on again, game crashes. Restart whole system, game crashes, restart again, game doesn't load, again, game won't load, again, game crashes.

Continue for about 30 minutes, where I can't get past the title screen, for some reason I can't explain, and then I get on, but game crashes.

And I get a customer survey.
