The game shouldn't even need to know how AP was spent to do a full reset. It should just set STR/DEX/INT/LUK to lowest allowed for the job, set HP and MP to base values for the current job and level, and set AP to the amount given at the current level minus points forced into the minimum job stats.

One of today's Sunny Sunday perks is that when an elite monster spawns, a second elite monster spawns at the same time.
I saw this happen earlier while grinding in Black Heaven: Black Heaven Junction 1.
But while killing Corrupted Masters in Phantom Forest: Forgotten Path, Stormcaster Caeneus appeared alone.
I was able to complete a surprise mission to kill 3 elite monsters by killing him, so he does count as an elite monster.
I'm guessing it doesn't spawn 2 elites in Phantom Forest because the elites there aren't enlarged copies of regular monsters.
Is this intended behavior?
Edit: I've seen a rune of darkness properly spawn 3 elites before, and that 2 will appear with an elite boss.

Summary: Wielding a Crimson Arcglaive with NORMAL attack speed, my attacks are noticeably slower than they were before the v208 update. I don't actually know what else this may apply to, but there's already another thread complaining about a particular skill being slower. I'm sorry if this is counts as a duplicate report. I want to avert a case of them looking at that skill, seeing nothing wrong with it, and overlooking a root cause elsewhere.
