    Could you comment on buying and selling frenzy service for meso (in-game currency)? That is, I believe, the root of the issue here.

    back in april i was falsely banned for no reason. i submitted a ticket but they always replied i was banned for use of third party software, which i have never used. i had just recently purchased nx and bought some gear for my nl before i was falsely banned. i want to say i wasted almost 200 in nx just to be banned falsely.

    We're collecting people falsely banned for RMT reasons related to frenzy so I'm not sure if I can help :/. Have you asked why? Don't be afraid to ask why they are banning you. Also, speak to your credit card company about the nx purchase and the ban. They are more willing to help than Nexon; at the very least get your money back.

    Hi Ghiblee, I was banned on the weekend PRIOR to the announcement and PRIOR to the shut-down of the autoban. I hope you are still investigating as many false bans have still not been solved (particularly from the weekend of the 21st and 22nd). Could you please provide us with an update? I have sent four tickets all receiving the same copy-pasted response and having them be marked "solved" even THOUGH I mentioned the false-ban wave in my ticket.

Honestly, if you are a new player and are reading this I would close this browser, uninstall the game if you have it and do something more productive in life this game is not worth it. I have been falsely banned before in 2015 and not only did they ban my account, but my entire family that accessed the game as well. This is the second and last time that I will probably be losing my Nexon account, it has been a bit stressful for the past few hours.

    Timmy, I didn't realize you were level 260 ><. I have created a total of 4 and all were instantly denied with the same copy and paste response. I also traded meso for frenzy service. This is NOT RMT. I have gone over the TOS, and there is NOTHING in there about paying meso (IN GAME CURRENCY) for a pixel service. I am also MVP diamond and personally spent $600 USD on philosopher books last week. I don't see how Nexon can treat their loyal and high-paying customer base like this. I agree, if you are a new player, do not spend a single dollar. You might lose it all and get no help in return.
