  • Bring Back Haunted Mansion

other then nostalgic i dont see someone going there anyway (not like we can do something there or worth for them to fix)
1-100lvl its done in a moment
NLC other then ginger ale its useless this days so many bugs/broken things there can just be removed

its more of a issue when nexon lie/fake that they monitor "old" content and remove something we all use and need or just "update" nerf to "better" fit
Matilda was the case recently .....

the team that made tuneup still dont giveup on wrong changes...
if they actuly want improve can ask what players think first and what they should focus on

oh well not like they see or care much
just throw the CM/someone under fire to "see/talk" with us,so we can buy some time while we move those issue under the carpet and show some new things

"I don't personally use it, therefore it's useless and should be removed".

And even so, this mindset is backwards. People say "Certain content is not updated because nobody does it", when it's really "Nobody does certain content because it's not updated". If Nexon wanted to, they could update the area and make it relevant again. Problem is they never listen to player suggestions on how to make it relevant, or how to fix it (and NLC isn't bugged or broken much, to my knowledge). The removal of Haunted Mansion also means we can't craft various equipment, namely Stirgeman items.

  • Maple Achievement Nautilus Exploration Achievement

So there was a recent achievement updated with a similar issue to this: the exploration achievement for Lion King's Castle. When Von Leon received a death count, they removed the safe map after you die (Roof of the Resurrection Tower), but forgot to update the achievement for it initially. However, the achievement was updated by removing the safe map as a requirement; refreshing would allow you to complete the LKC exploration achievement.

That being said, why can't a similar fix be applied to Nautilus?

  • ✓ Howling Gale Stacks Still Reset On Death

    Bug type: Skill / Functionality

Brief bug summary: Howling Gale's stacks still reset upon dying, despite the patch notes saying otherwise.

    More details:

Before v208, Howling Gale's Wind Energy stacks would reset if you were to die. For reference, this would be like if Battle Mage's Altar of Annihilation, Wild Hunter's Primal Grenade, or Cannoneer's Cannon of Mass Destruction would reset to 0 if you died.

The v208 patch notes were supposed to change it so that this no longer occurs:
    Gale.PNG

However, I tested it, and the stacks are still reset.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Play a Wind Archer
    2. Let Howling Gale's Wind Energy stacks charge (it can go up to 2, with 1 every 20 seconds)
    3. Die and revive. The stacks will be reset

Its complaining for the sake of complaining, bare in mind fixing it takes time and money so u have to consoder , is it worth fixing it? Would a lot of people do them if they were fixed? Can people progress without them? Since they are removing them, they answer to all those is no, all games have irrelevant content that only does 1% of the community or so , in the end , its normal that u delete old content that no one does if by doing thid the overal game experience improves

The problem is that it sets a terrible precedent, following into the "let's not bother fixing a bug, let's just remove it" habit. Their reasoning was harebrained, and just because you personally don't use it doesn't mean other people don't.

Plus in 99% of cases, Nexon doesn't actually delete quests, they simply block / disable them, meaning they just lie around in the data collecting dust while not improving any gameplay experience to have them disabled. Maybe this will be that 1%, but until then we'll have to see.
