level 200 on a explorer or something. and adventures... i am on scania... anyone else on that server with a active endgame goal? i want to do stuff and have fun again.... i put most of my time and effort into that server, and some linkskills, done. just dont have a level 200 toon yet. xD zero is almost there. it is around 139/190ish atm... sighs and no i am not going to bera because of the bots there. sighs. but if i have to fine. it will be tough to get something going again...

Not the best solution, but can you try clicking esc before the freeze and try to skip the cutscene? (Think that was the solution offered on another similar problem.)
mayor was telling Foxwit that he doesn't need to know what he's planning, and Foxwit also says he has a surprise for the mayor. I thought at first this was a foreshadow to the mayor's later importance to the plot but we never saw him again. Also, what's up with the thief girl Lireni? Why did she run away?
I could be wrong (or remembering incorrectly) but think the Foxwit/Mayor part of the dialogue related to NLC content with the Alien Invasion (either pre or post) and doesn't hold significance now.
Think she ran away because in order to destroy the Antellion, they would have to sacrifice their lives and I don't think she wanted to die? (Again could be remembering wrong.) (less)
figured out I wasn't using the bug reporting format, should I split these two into their own separate threads and use the correct format or is it okay for this once to just leave this one as is and in future posts use the correct format?

Hmm, imo, since it looks like both your original problems both got solved (1st bug, sell and restart, 2nd bug, Leafre Potion Shop), I don't think you need to remake/worry about it too much. (Though the original Mastery Books guy going missing intrigues me. Going to probably look in Patch Notes to see anything was mentioned).
The Bug Reporting format is nice since it's an organized way for us to give them problem with details, but I think as long as you have enough information (like how you did), it's okay(ish) not to follow the format. (Don't quote me on that, xd.) (less)
