  • Rare Treasure Chest Reward Update

    Upon defeating “Elite Mobs” in Maplestory you are rewarded the Link >>> “Rare Treasure Chest” <<< Link. This is a purple treasure chest that shimmers with different colors that contains a rare item. Sadly, those rewards are “horrible” and well "outdated". Could you please consider updating these chests and their contents. Perhaps, even add a tier to these chests.

    Regarding the Darknell's Soul Box. These contains a few Souls Shards or full Souls from the Black Knight's Soul Shard, Mad Mage's Soul Shard, Rampant Cyborg's Soul Shard, Vicious Hunter's Soul Shard and Bad Brawler's Soul Shard depending on the tier of Treasure Chest the player obtains.

  • Proposal: Adding Sol Erda Fragments to Bosses

    Currently, from Hard Lotus and Hard Damien up to Hard Baldrix / Extreme Kaling, players are rewarded with Faint, Normal, and Dense Sol Erda Energy. I would like the Global MapleStory team to consider adding Sol Erda Fragments to these bosses their loot tables as well.

    A suggestion for fragment rewards is provided below. These fragments should be obtained per character, allowing players to progress as their Legion Champions grow stronger and unlock access to new bosses. Sol Erda Fragments would be obtainable in both solo and party play.

  • Monster Park Extreme Improvement

    Monster Park Extreme Current Design
    Monster Park Extreme is a 4-player Party Quest where players must defeat 50 of each designated monster. Once completed, players can summon “Extreme Bigfoot” by holding down the interact key at the altar. Upon defeating Extreme Bigfoot, players receive an Experience reward.

    Current Monster Park Extreme Experience Rewards:
    Level 260 – 264: Level × 1,020,000,000
    Level 265 – 269: Level × 1,326,000,000
    Level 270 – 274: Level × 2,100,000,000
    Level 275 – 279: Level × 2,688,000,000

    Monster Park Extreme Improvement
    I recommend adding more variety to Monster Park Extreme. Every 15 levels, a new Monster Park Extreme area would open for players. The first threshold is reached at Level 260, unlocking the current MPE as we know it. The second would unlock when players reach Odium at Level 275. The third would unlock when players reach Talaheart. The Experience rewards could be adjusted accordingly. Below is a proposed concept:

  • GIVE HEROIC SOME FRAG SOLUTIONS

    If the games direction is making us to invest into submains/legions; which I'm sure in the future they'll add more challenges to the legion champion missions for more power creep. There needs to be more outlet for fragment gains, along side with new skills requiring thousands of frags at the pace of heroic farming rates (which for whatever reason has a huge variance of fragments per hour) I don't see how people could invest into the mules for progression. There's so many ways to incorporate frags into the game to make some type of 6th job progression in the mules without have to spread our net out so wide or just hit an inevitable wall.

    Simply due to the lack of fragments I was unable to do Hard Seren on a Legion Submain for the longest time. Him having everything at base level unlocked, being a 240M CP Buccaneer with the current event stats (Herb Garden and the Mall Buff) I was able to min-clear it. We are talking about a 240M CP Character who needed the 15% House Buff AND VIP Booster on top of all conventional buffs to clear it with 1 minute left on the clock. Meanwhile, an Adele guildmate with 180M CP on half his Hexa completed, cleared the boss with 6 - 7 minutes to spare.

    The above is an example as to why I agree with you. Hexa makes such a massive impact to the game, it can't be ignored. Heroic NEEDS more fragments. Recent changes that were made to Sol Erda was changing the Daily to a Weekly. This now gives us 9 Sol Erda Energy, instead of 6. And it gives us 90 Sol Erda Fragments instead of 84. Where a 150% increase was given to the resource Interactive lacks the most, we were given a 7% increase on the resource we needed on Heroic. I wish Interactive the best and am happy for them. But the ratio seems to be off.

    The best recommendation I've seen in recent days is to add Sol Erda Fragments to bosses. Sol Erda Energy drops, but why do fragments not drop from bosses? It's simple to add them to the loot table I can imagine. Also - Why do we get a Sunny Sunday with x2 the amount of Energy but not the fragments? Simply put, why is Nexon so keen on locking Reboot out of progressing? I will never move to Interactive and if Heroic ever shuts down, I will simply drop the game. I understand Heroic is the more difficult server to play in and requires players to be more skilled, but this is slowly starting to feel like Nexon is trying to sabotage Heroic since November, 2024.
