I did wonder about transferring potentials especially stuff that I got to legendary prior to balance patches. For example, polearms used to be the way to go for DrKs because of the … (more)increased attack speed (there was no spear passive that made the speed +1 at the time) so the increased speed in endgame was superior to the atk bonus of spears.
That polearm is now legendary and there's no way to move it over. Even if the potential move was account restricted I'd appreciate it as opposed to having to re-roll everything.
On the other hand, re-rolling gives Nexon lots of money so who knows what they'd think of this idea. (less)
