As a ex-member of MapleLeaf Council, I would also like Nexon to share us their answers on our resolutions and their reasons.

I would also like Nexon to alleviate daily stuff tasks on … (more)everything, not just the dailies in Kritias and Arcane River. I would love to do most of them, but due to lack of time spending on this game, it is impossible for me and most of players here. Some players have quit this game for this reason, this game can become a chore depending what we want to earn.

I also reported a botter 2 months ago via live chat and this character is still online??? I saw it afk in Nameless Town last night ._. I would like GMs who work in ticket department, if receiving a Live Chat report and botter AND in-game GM are actually online, to patrol the area and take action immediately. That day when i reported him, there was a GM in-game who came visit me while I checked on discord after I did a smega about Kritias Invasion carry (when i was afk for real :P ) .

Why Nexon can't also sell meso to combat botter plus patrolling areas where they get reported the most? According to the current meso rate settled by botters themselves. Best place to check is in Arcane River, Ninja Castle, Singapore/Ulu City, Herb Town/Mu Lung Vic island and more! Start checking in Bera since there is a large amount of people playing there and buying mesos. If botters can auto-cc even with GM presence when GM sees elite boss spawning in Arcane River, GM should at least be able to detect who actually spawned it. It is coded who spawned it.

EDIT: since most of us move to Arcane River, imagine Dark World Tree and Haven where they are the least visited, a perfect spot to farm meso.

For what reason(s) you like UTC time better? Is it close to your time zone or something else? (less)

A bit over 1 year we have UTC server time, yet still a large amount of players are still use to old server time. Also there are many contents which can't be done by these players due to … (more)time zone, mainly North America. As example, Kritias Invasion and flag races. One of these events are only ran between 10am and 10pm UTC I believe, Cryojet if i spell it right.

Heck, in guild I am currently are trying to make two Lucid teams and today (in America), we wanted practice. My team will run after today reset. A guildy of another Lucid team was about to run at noon PST. The thing is that guildy wanted practice with us because some of my team members were not online. He almost ran with us and he lives in time zone at 1hour ahead of pacific, he was never thinking it was now Saturday in-game, I had to tell him but took him several times to make him realize this...

Think about the majority please Nexon Staves. we were SO used to pacific time. Also I fail to understand why you can't put different server time in both verions, GMS and Luna. It's kinda like two games. Or just kick out EMS from GMS completely at some point. Why EMS would rule over GMS? (less)

If you are removing the only way to hit hardcap attack speed, it completely kills players who are geared for it, including myself and several warriors with 1h weapon + shield. But also all … (more)classes who needs Attack Speed inner ability + dSI to hit this. If anything, ask Nexon to actually buff Hurricane-type skills attack speed. You should also check if Hurricane skill can actually be affected by att speed with Extreme Green potion with battle stat just in case there is a slight difference here.

Also you mentioned Beam Dance... it is far the best skill for bossing unless you are in Lotus, in certain occasions, Xenon main skill is mostly their Snipe as far as i know.

I am a Hero with +1 attack speed inner ability, but also has 16% crit rate and +8%dmg on monster affected by abnormal status.

The most people can clear Dojo is Floor 53. Not counting 1 Hayato who had 49.5k STR who has beat floor 54 at 14:59 once and 14:57 the next week with pumpkin buff in this halloween patch. KMS players can prob clear floor 54 easily or even 55 for certain classes.

You're right when you say that some players try using the fact that they spent as part of their appeal message. However, I can say that it doesn't make a difference. While most hackers typically don't spend a dime on the game, that dime's not going to save them if they get caught.

There's a lot to factor with setting up extra security measurements on our end compared to KMS. This is because we service many regions and not just one country. One big concern is that if a new process is introduced, how many existing players will be unable to play because they don't meet that criteria or can provide such private information?

We haven't given up against hackers and botters. While some of our recent attempts may not have been the best, we're trying our best to keep taking new approaches to address the illegitimate players. (less)

Any plan to actually hire a GM who patrols a server, in the continents we find lot of botters in several maps and pratically all chs? I remember to tell a GM on live chat when reporting a meso seller checking in these maps. There are just too many of them to report in-game all of them 1 by 1. Also botters in Arcane River are mostly found when an elite boss spawned but cc when i enter in their map,

Most bots in Herb Town and Mu Lung are Blaze Wizard characters. I remember to see a few of them in Perion in stumpy map, maybe Boars maps and the excavation site as Kanna bot. As well as Ulu City and Singapore, mostly in Mysterious Path 3. I have to check if there is any in Ninja Castle still. I can also say Orbis cloud park.

There could be even more if we check in Eos Tower in Ludibrium. They basically love very big maps. Can't Nexon detect an abnormal speed leveling on their PCs and look at these IGNs? Would be nice to know.
