No, you only have to complete the Amnesiac Temple Keeper (Kao) questline on a character you wish to advance to 5th job. However, as Aggraphine said, it is not out yet.

To clarify a bit, you have to do what is ultimately the Pink Bean prequests in order to gain access to each individual map/area of the Temple of Time. You have to kill 333 of each area's Monk, Monk Trainee, Guardian and Chief Guardian to be allowed normal, non-HTR access to the deeper maps of the area. Kao's quest chain requires going to various points of all three areas(Memory, Regret, Oblivion).

Go to the Dimensional Mirror in town, scroll to the bottom of the list, you will then find an entry labeled "Commerci Theme Dungeon", that's the one you want.

Honestly allowing for all users to attach polls to their created threads was a terrible idea.

As others have said, you can use the Dimensional Mirror to go to FriendStory(if it's your first time, you'll have to sit through an intro sequence, but you can just hold down your NPC chat key to skip it), Alishan (which, if you're above level 33, you've likely cleared out the prequest for), or the quest in your light bulb notifier(left-hand side of the screen) to take you to Mushroom Shrine before talking to the Heart of Zipangu to leave. Whichever option you choose, you'll be deposited into Henesys.

I personally recommend the FriendStory option, as it will always deposit you very near to the Taxi NPC, which you may then take to Sleepywood, if you so choose, at which point you may exit Sleepywood into the Six Path Crossway.
