What are you even talking about? It's still there. The fact that you have to go to kerning city and use the subway instead of the dimensional mirror doesn't make it "deleted".

This is correct. Just go to the outpost on the new character and you can get the glory guard buff, riftbringer and all the rest of the dailies and such. You can even skip the aftermath and convergence cutscenes too.

Black heaven is a slog no matter how weak or strong your character is.
