Theme dungeons below level 60(ellinel fairy academy, gold beach, reina strait, secret forest of elodin) are semi-instanced as of v205 and mobs and quest exp scales to your character up to level 59.
So no, bots are not making it "so hard to train", because the bots are attacking their own instance of monsters while you see, and attack, your own.
It's not going to happen, unfortunately. Why would they ever give everyone something for free that a fairly decent amount of people have no problem spending money month over month for?
If the rotation is garbage, don't buy any royals until the rotation changes. It's as simple as that. You're sitting here acting like you're MANDATED to buy royals every time there's a new rotation.
If the current rotation is hot garbage, SKIP THE DAMN THING. I'm not defending shitty rotations, but you're making a public spectacle of yourself over something that you can simply not make use of if it isn't to your standards.
It may not even be that. It may just be that they raised the drop rates on the gms side, but then blindly copypasted a kms-origin patch(as they are wont to do) which nuked the drop rates. And then(as they are also wont to do) instead of just coming clean about it, they spin a ludicrous yarn.
It's funny how these memos were started to appease the community in having nexon communicate with them, but as time goes on more and more people are just put off by the borderline doublespeak in a good deal of them.
Nobody was questioning what items could potentially have time-of-day drop restrictions until you bozos went and said cubic blades had time-of-day-restrictive drop rates. I look forward to seeing how you dig yourselves out of this hole that you've made, because we all know "we screwed up, sorry" and "we'll change it back to how it was" are two phrases that simply don't exist in nexon's vernacular.
