Extreme measures? Like what? What kind of extreme measures would you put in place? How would you ensure they had absolutely zero chance, no mistakes or accidents, of catching legit players up in bans?

You don't have any answer, do you? You think bots are a simple "flip a switch to ban all bots forever and fix the game" solution, don't you? You have no concept of the fact that they ban bots by the thousands on a weekly basis. You further have likely zero concept of the fact that as fast as nexon can patch hacks and exploits, people are making new hacks and finding new exploits. It's a never-ending back-and-forth, but I wouldn't expect someone who thinks "half-ass and screw it up" nexon should implement whatever "extreme measures" means.

I'm not defending nexon, they're borderline idiots in the best of times, but I'm not going to agree with a single word you say.

I can see how it happens. Look at where, in the questline and on the helesium map itself, you're given access to easy magnus. Now look at normal and hard. It makes perfect sense that people, with no reason to know any better, would assume easy has a separate entry limit from normal/hard.

I understand that they shouldn't share a cooldown, what I don't understand is how people somehow don't save a mag run for after hitting 200.

Because if it's someone's first time getting to that point, they wouldn't know beforehand that you need to clear magnus

For maple guide stamps, you have to be within so many levels of the monster itself. Like the one for sand rats won't appear until you're like mid-80s or even 90.
