Last time it was available was March 2015. I agree, it's well past time for it to be available again, throw it in an event shop or something. It's a steaming load that if you didn't happen to be playing four years ago when the resistance classes got their revamp as part of the black heaven updates, then you just never get to have even a chance at getting it.

And to those who are going to come into this thread to cry about nexon making rare items less rare by re-releasing them or whatever, go stuff it. This coming from someone who did get the jaguar four years ago.

Right. "Selfish reasons". That's why the merged world in msea is completely dead. Not because they let everyone transfer out before/during/after the merge took place.

It should be with the same patch as the class itself. Though I know psy-limiters found their way into things prior to kinesis being available.

The photo ID thing is to prove that you are who you claim to be. You are, after all, the only one with your ID, right? It's purely for verification purposes and is no different than being carded for age-restricted items at a store(alcohol, tobacco, etc). Do you refuse to show your ID, "no matter what the circumstances are" for those cases as well?
