You received a warning for flamebaiting other users into arguments which, yes, is very much against the rules of the forum.
Specifically, you were warned regarding this comment where you instigated a fight with another forum user and accused them of abusing Flag Race teleport skills. Even more specifically, you were warned after this comment where you harassed Ariel after they told you to act civil. I should point out that you were not warned immediately after the first comment, you were only told, politely, to stop fighting, and you chose to attack a moderator over it.

Discussing issues with hacking and bots is fine. Accusing others is not. The rules are very clear on this subject and enforcement of the rules has been consistent; we have places to report players, and the forums are not that place.

It would take approximately 54 nodes to max one skill node, assuming I'm reading the chart here correctly. Skill nodes cost 140 to craft, and nodestones disassemble into 10 shards minimum (50 maximum).

So at maximum, you would require 756 nodes to disassemble, assuming you disassembled all nodes you collected and didn't keep any. It'd likely be slightly less, as you'd also obtain special nodes and skill nodes you don't want or need, but not that much less.

Silver Scissors and Platinum Scissors are different items. Silver Scissors are used for flamed items in servers where there are restrictions on flamed items.
You'll note that when you hover over scissors (including in the cash shop, to my knowledge), they will list every item in your inventory that you can use them on.

I don't know about regular Scissors working or not.
