Imgur in particular allows you to upload the images anonymously. Just hit the green "New Post" button at the top; you don't need to sign up. Other services let you do this as well (TinyPic does, Photobucket doesn't I think) The downside to this is that you won't have any way to modify the image title or caption, and you'll have to bookmark the image in your browser (press CTRL+D) if you want to save the image URL and use it in the future.

However, if you already have a Twitter, Yahoo, Google, or Facebook account, you can sign in to Imgur via that account instead.

Permanent hearts typically come from Gachapon or other reward boxes. You can also trade them with others. Recently we had a free gift pack which contained a Neinheart-roid and a permanent Lidium heart. Hot weeks occasionally have androids, however the hearts are usually temporary.

If you're in Reboot, permanent hearts are more rare. You'd probably wind up crafting a temporary crystal heart using smithing instead.

It depends specifically on which jump quest you're talking about.

Most are completely unnecessary for advancement; they're mostly there for bragging rights, and there's also an achievement associated with completing each one. Some, such as the Ninja Castle jump quest or the Tower of Oz jump quest floors, are necessary to complete a boss (for Ninja Castle, that would be False Daimyo/Emperor Toad boss) or the content (Tower of Oz). The Wonderoid event jump quest gives access to the best-in-slot android heart in the game (unless we receive the nerfed jump quest in the future, in which case the rewards are nerfed accordingly), but that event isn't active right now.

When I asked others to verify they said that Illium weapons were dropping from bosses, not from normal mobs (although I cannot personally confirm that Illium weapons drop at all). This is unconventional, and possibly a bug, but Cadena weapons also drop from bosses (and can be crafted/obtained through Tots). The bug is that Cadena weapons do not drop from normal mobs, not that they do not drop at all.
