If you have a complaint, you can voice it in … (more)that feedback form. I'm not particularly sure why a phone complaint would be more helpful for your situation, though.
As for your actual issue, it would help significantly if we knew what your issue was. The forums and Reddit can both walk you through some technical support issues and speaking with a community often helps get the brain working on a solution.
Graphics card issues are always a hassle, in my personal opinion. One time I had an issue with Minecraft, and the solution was to update my drivers, but every time I did so there seemed to be a brand new update that needed to be installed. Eventually, after a frustrated night of Googling, I wound up having to perform a full BIOS update. I never want to have to go through that again.
Long story short it would help significantly if we knew what error you were getting, so we can help with the debugging process.
I have a level 212 Mechanic in GRAZED. I'm on constantly. I've been in Haven for the past week because Upper Skyline has better mob density to complete the Peplock quests.
How is this worse than letting only those who buy NX have the good cubes?
Besides, those who buy NX already control the market for everything that originates in the Cash Shop, from PSSB equipment covers, through Gachapon chairs and mounts, to Marvel/Philo OP crap of all kinds. I don't see how letting them sell cubes (or pets, or smegas, or any other cash item) for meso is going to make anything worse. It would just get rid of the black market of "gifting".
Just as Meso Market would get rid of the black market of buying and selling NX codes for meso.
But Nexon America doesn't want to give us either.
I was just offering a personal opinion and wasn't trying to argue. Frankly there are several issues and they're all interlinked; people who buy NX control the markt for Gachapon items and Surprise Style items, but both of those are decorative anyway meaning it doesn't pose an issue. Meso Market does highly benefit botters and without strict login restrictions it wouldn't help legitimate players much. Illegal transactions are illegal, and you can be banned for participating, which helps reduce control people do have. I'd just personally prefer not to give them universal, official control over the game's primary power source. (less)
[Update #3] We have identified the cause of the issue and are now testing the fixes internally. We anticipate that maintenance will be completed about 3 hours from now. We apologize
[Update #2] We discovered an issue with our Login Server during the internal testing phase of today's maintenance. The issue is preventing all accounts from logging into the game. We are currently working on resolving the issue, which requires further extension of the maintenance. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding!
