They've been doing this for years now.
They mess up and they give a compensation.
It's not a step in the right direction if they don't learn from their mistakes.

What is the point of re-entering your pic in storage if you didnt close your game? If a hacker has my PIC he can enter it and i still get hacked. This re-entering PIC is suppose to make your account more "secure" but it doesn't at all. Not gonna go into full detail cuz there's a thread out there about it.
