Important: I believe the ranking separation arguments should be separate from the discussion of allowing or not allowing exp coupons for normal servers.
Some argument in favour of 2x coupons:
Up to 250 both reboot and normal servers leveled at a certain rate, and after the patch only one of these two servers took a 50% exp rate hit. We should allow normal servers to continue at the same rates by allowing exp coupons.
Unless the plan is to never allow exp coupons in the future, not allowing them immediately only punishes early levelers. We should be encouraging people to level to the new cap not discouraging. -> An additional note here: the longer it takes to add exp coupons the more punishing this is to early levelers who could have saved time with 2x.
"We didn't have them right away for 250, why would we for 275"
The difference this time is that there is content at the max level that we need to level up for. When 250 was added it was nothing more than a vanity project and we had 2x coupons available LONG before leveling above 200 was even remotely "required."
"2x coupons are pay2win"
You could argue this, but normal servers are "pay2win" in many ways. It doesn't make sense to draw the line at 2x coupons when people can gain paid advantages through frenzy, better gear, etc. I would personally even argue that time saving forms of pay2win are the least offensive forms of pay2win. 2x coupons only help players who choose to buy them save time.
Please add your own thoughts about exp coupons in normal servers.
First: I realize this isn't the main topic of the thread but it's absolutely ridiculous that there's such a huge gap in exp rates between reboot and normal servers. You need to address this. It doesn't have to be perfectly equal because that'll be impossible but it's a complete joke that the "pay2win" server is currently pay2lose.

I had a quick look at the top rankings and here's the results for day 2.
1-8 reboot
9 - bacon
10-15 reboot
16 - bera
17 - reboot
18 - scania
19-31 reboot
32 - bera
33 - reboot
34 - scania
35-42 reboot
43-44 bera
45 - reboot
46 - bera
47-50 reboot
41 of the top 50 are reboot. It's very difficult to account for personal circumstances, choices, etc but with the same level of effort and equal kill rates reboot levels more than 2x as fast as normal servers. This means that we should expect to see this gap become even worse -- unless as I suggested people simply choose not to go for the top ranks.
Given this it's hard to imagine what the point of the "both" tab even is. Both just means reboot, only reboot can win unless they all simply choose not to level.
We have "Reboot" ranks for racecars, and "Non-reboot" for cyclists. What's the purpose of seeing them both together exactly?
They should not have this limitation if they're in marvel. You can easily win more than enough to cover using 1 for each of your characters. After that point they're worth exactly 0. Even "less desirable" rewards in marvel have some theoretical value but because of this weird limitation these items are garbage.
