Ive been a player for years, I just came back from a 6 month break. To a 5 minute connection time, and a "This account is Perm Banned" Message... Didnt have any other programs open aside from chrome/steam... Already submitted a ticket but Im guessing something might be broken with the Ban system right now. No Idea what could be causing it though.

So During the downtime while I was bored, I was reading the privacy policy for fun (Ya Im pretty boring right?) and saw this:

To Ensure Compliance with the Terms. In order to maintain the integrity of the Service and to ensure compliance with the Terms, we reserve the right to use automated tools to scan and obtain information from your computer, software, and parts or portions thereof, including, but not limited to, your computer's random access memory, video card, central processing unit, hard drive(s) and any other storage devices

(Pulled Mildly out of context as its a long paragraph, But its referring to scanning for Hacking utilities or tools)

Anyone got any thoughts on this? Just wondering cause it looked pretty sketchy, Sounds more like Something "Big Brother" Would be doing...
