It has been more than 2 months now, and a good investigation has been inconclusive. Basically, those who have left ids have been closed. Is this a strategy of NEXON, in order to save time and worry, and ask everyone to leave an ID for investigation? Is it actually collecting information to close the complaint channel and cover up your mistakes?
