Burning World Character Lost Burning Effect

Bug type: Functionality?

Brief bug summary: I created a burning character (illium) and chose it to be 1 of my 3 characters to have the 1+2 level benefit. All goes well until I logged off and logged back on. I had redeemed a 2x exp cash item and went to go do normal Zakum. I was around level 124 at that time. after killing Zakum's arms, I was level 126 with 90% exp. after getting that final 10%, i was level 127.

More details: I have seen this happen to my bishop with the Mega Burninator from the Astral Blessing event but I have not heard of anyone going through with this problem in burning world. I have also made a shadower as a burning character but that character had no problem logging back in, it doesn't seem to happen all the time, but it's happening to my illium. With burning world ending in a week, I am concerned that this bug may not allow me to get all my burning characters to 150.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a burning character (i did illium) in burning world
2. Train and then log off for about 1-2 hours
3. Log back on and try leveling

Character name: Sevenillium

Character level: 127

Character job: Illium

World name: Burning

Date and time of the incident: 9/9/2020 at 5:10 PM PDT

    My burning character also lost the burning effect, it was a Pathfinder at level 120. I have only created 1 burning character so far, and if I try to create a new character, I can't create it as a burning character. The event got turned off early?

    My burning world Mercedes character (Amiele) lost its burning effect at lvl 94 - its been going up by single levels from 94-98.

    Same here, my Cadena lost burning at level 118 and my ark too at lvl 45

    Seems like Nexon is aware of the issue and are working on fixing it.

    i see an update about fishing being removed on the site but nothing about burning world being fixed except on the forum here that they are looking into it. some update would be nice
