Steps to reproduce:
1. Claim reward from star on one character
2. Transfer to another character through storage
3. Try to open box
4. Receive one of two messages: "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again later." or "Sorry, things are really busy right now. Please try again later."

Character job: Kanna

Same deal, you double click and it tells you you have received the pet package (use) then when you try to open that it says it's busy. It's a box loop, over and over and over the package just gives you a package.
EDIT: single post produced x3 so will use the other two to paste other reports that are buried in the bug forums now.

This is listed under the Known Issues in v.218 Patch Notes. Hopefully we can address it soon!

- Fixing an issue where the So-Gong Pet Package would not work.
