I wanted to inform you KThxBaiNao is no longer employed by Nexon America. We appreciate all of the time and knowledge he provided to our team during his time here, and we wish him all the best in all future endeavors.

    On a serious note, this isn't good news. One of our bridges of communication with Nexon is now gone. Customer Support, Bug Reporting, and Technical Issues... -sigh-

    I don't know any details about this, but this feels very much like a poor decision on Nexon's part.

    same. so many complaints about him going on, i agree it is bad timing with all the crap going on, but i guess whoever made the decision saw that it was not going to come to an end. even so we still have ticket support and live chats thankfully, wonder how long we have to wait until we see a new CM.
